This was a Bill Graham benefit held on January 13th, 1980 headlined by the Grateful Dead for Cambodian refugees fleeing to Thailand after Vietnam attempted to overthrow the Khmer Rouge in 1979. The show was broadcast on KSAN-FM which would be the last of many dead shows aired on the Bay Area radio station.
